Hope Speaks {bringing Hope to your church or community}

Invite Stacey Thacker and Brooke McGlothlin, co-authors of Hope for the Weary Mom: Where God Meets You in Your Mess, to bring hope to the weary moms of your church and community!

Hope for the Weary Mom

In their Kitchen Table Talks (KTT)*, Stacey and Brooke get real about the weariness of motherhood, and leave women refreshed and pointed to the Giver of hope, Jesus.

Here’s what some recent KTT participants had to say about Stacey and Brooke:

“Brooke and Stacey, in their honesty and transparency, brought laughter, tears, hope and encouragement to many weary moms. Their stories resonated not only with young moms but also with those of us who are more in the “weary grandmother” category.  Their stories were our stories.  Their “kitchen table” our kitchen table.  Both Brooke and Stacey have  an extraordinary ability to see how God meets us in our mess and how He works in the mess for our good and His glory.  They radiate the life and love of Christ, and I felt like both the time and place were holy ground.” ~Jan

“Brooke & Stacey are truly gifts from God Almighty! I love how they have a sincere desire to encourage and love weary mama’s. They take this shepherding role seriously and do it with excellence. And more than anything else you can see their love and devotion to Jesus all over them, which inspires me, and encourages me to carry on, too…even in the midst of weariness!” ~Raquel

“In recent years, I have been inching forward, little by little, in my walk with God.  More recently, I’ve been making more progress and I have literally felt change happening in my heart.  It’s been downright uncomfortable and confusing at times and I’ve felt so alone.  Your talk touched my heart.  I heard loud and clear that I am not alone in feeling ‘messy.’ Thank you for the hope and healing that you provided to me and many other wonderful women that participated.  I think it’s so beautiful for women to come together and get real about what is really happening in our lives and our hearts.” ~Annie

“Thank you for being so open and honest and humble and REAL. I am a mother of three kiddos (girl – 13, boys 11 and 8). You were so encouraging and so full of the Holy Spirit. Although I feel the Lord in me every day as I parent my 3 kiddos, I know I could never do it without Him and His Word. What a blessing you both are…” ~Christy
